Crédit Coopératif
A pioneer of socially-committed finance, Crédit Coopératif has been a partner of Action contre la Faim since 2002, especially in its range of products known as “Agir”.
In 2016, more than €250,000 was contributed by Crédit Coopératif to Action contre la Faim customers through different financial products:
- Le Livret Agir: a savings account book in which the net balance before sharing is the same as the Livret Agir of which half of the interest paid up is contributed to Action contre la Faim.
- La Carte Agir: a solidarity debit card that returns 12 euro cents to Action contre la Faim from each withdrawal from a Crédit Coopératif cash point and 6 euro cents for withdrawals from other cash points, and 3 euros on subscription. Crédit Coopératif also offers an “à la carte” donation method: “Carte Agir Solidaires Ensemble” cardholders can choose to make a personal donation of between 5 cents and 50 euros to Action contre la Faim each time they use the card (payment or withdrawal).
- FCP Epargne Solidaire: a common investment fund that donates half of its yearly earnings to Action contre la Faim.
